Nurse and Police Officer Retirement

This was a cake I made earlier this year for a couple who were both retiring, and it reflects both careers. It was covered in fondant with fondant and sugarpaste decorations. The clipboard was melted chocolate.

So it's been so long since I've last posted I don't even know where to start. I think that's why I've been putting off adding anything new.
This birthday cake was ordered for a lover of wine (haha--no kidding).
