This was a classic vanilla cake with vanilla chai buttercream...yum...a very popular flavour at the market. (I actually have a vanilla chai cupcake called Bollywood Dreams with lots of bright colored sugary bling. Come try it sometime!)
The branches and brown ribbon were chocolate; all the other decorations were made of sugarpaste.
