Celebrate!

Classic vanilla cupcakes smothered in maple buttercream...what better way to celebrate your birthday in Nova Scotia?

Happy retirement!

I was so happy to have successfully delivered this cake...Halifax has more than its fair share of potholes!

This was five layers of carrot cake with cream cheese filling, covered in vanilla buttercream. Green decorations are moulded chocolate and buttercream.

So here is my most recent box of cupcakes...literally! They were carrot cake, with dots and dragees, and satin yellow ribbon. I forgot to snap a shot before the box was all wrapped up, and I had a cake to start working on, so the pink box gets all the glory!
